Abnormal morphology

I have to give another sperm sample. The nurse says that my last sample had abnormal morphology. The weekend before I gave the sample, I built a fence and drank alot of wine and coffee. I am thinking they were dried out. I hope to be more saturated next time. We should have had children when we were young and virile. We wasted our twenties at Starbucks, movies and working nights and weekends to build a career.
