Almost finished The Satanic Verses. 10 pages left. This book is a killer. I have to reread every paragraph just to pick out some meaning to what has happened. I can't tell if every character in the book is a paranoid schizophrenic or biblical character. Can't wait to read some studies on this book. Something tells me they will be just as cryptic.
