My motivation to work hard...is so that I can leave the group

Is that crazy or what? But I figured if I do not get the work done. I am not going to be able to leave this group....since I am the only one that knows what the fuck he is doing...and I am the only one that is willing to get his hands dirty and do what it takes.

You can tell I got the snot kicked out of my reason for living. I have only done 11 posts in the first 9 days of February. I am literaly working my butt off. I think my manager sees it, but Snake and Fugly are friggin' threatened to hell. I guess my manager sees it. You would think he would be saying something to Snake.

You know how you can tell someone has nothing to do. They start sending out emails with jokes, recipes and other bullshit that fill up your mailbox. If you want to get noticed put out your accomplishments.
