MOVING through the corporation at the speed of shit

Well I am working my butt off. There are not enough hours in the day to complete this project. Funny thing when you know everything that needs to be done. You just go forward at full steam.

Can't wait to finish this project and get out of this group. To what? I don't know. I always think that where I am at...is the place to be. Then I move on...and find out that there are other places. Some moves good. Some moves better. Sometimes worse. Always getting better. Always learning more.

I need to learn to manage up. The problem is that "Up" does not help me get "up". "UP" is too worried about being put "OUT". The more I help "UP", the more "UP" becomes comfortable with me being "UNDERNEATH".

You need to move "UP and to the SIDE". Unless the person "ABOVE" is moving "UP", you won't go anywhere they are not...which is where you currently "ARE"
