Stop becoming a better slave; Start becoming a millionaire!

Jeff, this is yourself speaking. You need to stop chasing and start doing. You need to stop blaming others and do what you have to do to get where you want to go. Stop running. Run if the situation is bad and you don't like it. Except the culture of your group and stop trying to wish it will go your way.

Focus on becoming a millionaire. Stop being a slave. Become a millionaire. Focus on it and question whether what you are doing will enable you to become one. Or are you just becoming a better slave.

Write down a plan. Work towards it. You have an MBA. Your company will pay you enough not to quit.

Don't quit. But focus on becoming a millionaire. Quit if you can go to the next step of becoming a millionaire.
