Called Snake out

Got Bitch slapped by my manager today. I called Snake out for not inviting me to meetings. Manager backed her up stating that she was now the project manager.

This sucks.

Now I am getting pulled further into the ERP upgrade. There was probably nothing there for me to learn. Sometimes you are fighting to hold onto nothing. If there is nothing there...admit it...and move on.

It is just that this is a very niche market. Niche markets are hard to stay in but pay well. The consultant we have now makes $2000 a day. There are 260 workdays per year. $520,000 a year. You would need to work 1/5 of the year to cover my salary and benefits.

Man...just had it out with Snake. What a jerk. Just looking to dig up crap on me.

She threatened me indirectly. I need to get away from her. Let her deal with the hell herself.

Do you let someone bully you out? Or do you keep on?
