Working on another project

I am on another floor now. On a financial application project. There are 30-40 people on this project so I am pretty anonymous. I finally have a window seat. It is in a wide open cubicle area, so I can't blog too much...just in case someone starts reading over my shoulder.

Away from Snake and Fugly, I have just been working on my job. Programming and programing some more. Totally anonymous. No one has any idea who I am.

Kinda nice.

The management team and Snake had a meeting last Friday. We are apparently tabling the entire vendor implementation and we are going to start looking at a new vendor.

When I say "We"....I should mean..."They".

I guess people are realizing how impossible this vendor is....you cannot get any response out of them.

It is not a bad product. They just have no one that understands it. And no one with industry knowledge.

Not a waste for myself. I learned alot.
