What should I start first?


Well...I am already going to the gym and restricting my diet.

I need to write a novel and do my PMP.

What do I NOT need to do?

  1. Stop watching TV - Empty mind calories. Meditate instead
  2. Stop reading books - You have read enough.
  3. Stop browsing the internet aimlessly - another form of empty calorie procrastination
  4. Stop being an observer...start doing!!
What must I do to reach my goals?
  1. Read your PMP manual
  2. Get the PMP quiz
  3. Write 10 pages of your novel a week (MINIMUM)
  4. Work out a lunch (cardio)
  5. Get up at 4:00 am..get to gym at 5:00 am...workout until 6:30...return at lunch
  6. Come home...work with Darryl...
  7. Go to bed early
  8. Watch Fringe and the Good Wife...IN BED
  9. No one gives a shit if you work long hours.
  10. Be pleasant
  11. Be indifferent to those who will screw you.
  12. Be wonderful to your manager
  13. Document everything you do before, during and after you do it....and FYI everyone.
