Well...I am already going to the gym and restricting my diet.
I need to write a novel and do my PMP.
What do I NOT need to do?
- Stop watching TV - Empty mind calories. Meditate instead
- Stop reading books - You have read enough.
- Stop browsing the internet aimlessly - another form of empty calorie procrastination
- Stop being an observer...start doing!!
- Read your PMP manual
- Get the PMP quiz
- Write 10 pages of your novel a week (MINIMUM)
- Work out a lunch (cardio)
- Get up at 4:00 am..get to gym at 5:00 am...workout until 6:30...return at lunch
- Come home...work with Darryl...
- Go to bed early
- Watch Fringe and the Good Wife...IN BED
- No one gives a shit if you work long hours.
- Be pleasant
- Be indifferent to those who will screw you.
- Be wonderful to your manager
- Document everything you do before, during and after you do it....and FYI everyone.
