1. How old is your client?

My client is 14 years old. I was introduced to pornographic material at a young age through Playboy. No I was very shy. Still am very shy.

My clients name is Dionysos

My client acts up when he is alone and scared and stressed.

My client acts out by trying to get away from the stress by watching porn and masterbating.

He acts out when he is overwhelmed or when the world pushes him down. When he feels helpess and overwhelmed and small.

2013

Ok I am back. It is amazing how long I took off. During times of fundamental change I want to add to this blog. I hope one day my son reads this...but doesn't think his dad is a nut. Well I am a nut.

I left my former company....well I was fired. I led a project that was doomed to fail. I failed with it and because I was project manager. I took the blame. It was a good experience and opened my eyes to how things actually work.

I am still on Lexapro. I am still married. I work for a big 4 consulting firm. I am working on a project in Amsterdam. I am away from my family 3-4 weeks at a time. It sucks. It is good. I focus on my job when I am there. They all drive me nuts when I am back.

Right now I am deciding how to make a million dollars or a couple of million. Enough to not worry anymore about money. Enough to smile and have what I want.

10 lists you could write to help you and others recall all these things

As you go through life, you experience many things, you achieve many things, visit places and meet people. Here are the 10 lists you could write to help you and others recall all these things;

1.10 people who most helped me in my life. – each of us meet people as we go through life, many of them help us or have an influence upon us. Sometimes we may not realise their influence at the time. Quite often we forget or do not get a chance to thank them. This list is an opportunity to acknowledge those people and to express your thanks.

2.10 most memorable places I visited – I does not matter whether it is your neighbor’s yard, the top of a mountain or an ancient site, just list the 10 places that have been most memorable to you.

3.3 best things I ever made – Some of us are more creative than others, for the less creative among us it is easy to forget things we made. For the more creative perhaps it can be difficult to choose our top three. It does not matter whether it is simply a shelf you put up or a flower garden you planted or maybe a meal you cooked. Give yourself recognition for having contributed in some way.

4.5 best days in my life – Some days may clearly stand out, a wedding day for example or children’s births. Give yourself the time to reflect upon 5 days that really meant something for you.

5.10 best friends I ever had – Some of your friends may still be with you, others may now be far away and some may, sadly, no longer be alive. This is an opportunity to recall those friends, say what their friendship has meant for you and thank them for their friendship.

6.5 best journeys I ever made – In some ways this may link to number 2 but sometimes not. After all, it is often said that it is better to travel than to arrive. This is an chance to recall those journeys that made an impression upon you, maybe because they were adventurous or maybe because of the people you travelled with or maybe the things you saw on the way.

7.10 things that gave me most pleasure – We all have things, things given to us as gifts, things we buy ourselves and things we find. Some of these things just come and go and are forgotten about but other things make an impression upon us for some reason, maybe their beauty, maybe their cost, maybe because of the circumstances in which they came into our possession. Here is a chance to identify the best things you ever had and to say why.

8.5 best books/movies/TV series in my lifetime – Some people may be able to list more than 5 of course and why not? Here though try to list your top 5 and see if you can give reasons for your choice. You can pick and mix any of the art forms if you wish. This is an opportunity to acknowledge that the arts and literatire can have an effect upon your life.

9.5 best gifts anyone ever gave me – this again may link to number 7 but here we are looking at things that were given to you. There are two aspects of gifts; the gift itself and the person giving the gift. Try to recall not only the gift but also who gave it to you and why it was one of the best for you.

10.10 Things I wish I had done but didn’t – This may seem a strange one to end with but the idea is not to get sorrowful and look at regrets or lost opportunities. This is to be a list of things that others could do well to take note so that they too do not miss out. It can also be an opportunity to express hidden dreams and talents, you never know, it may not be too late to do at least one of them!

So there you are, 10 lists to write before you die .. what do you think?

20 Questions You Should Ask Yourself Every Sunday

1.What did I learn last week? – If you have trouble answering this question, it’s time for a change. It doesn’t matter how old you are, you should learn something new every week.

2.What was my greatest accomplishment over the past week? – Reflecting on your accomplishments is a healthy way to raise self confidence and contentment. It’s also an effective way to track your progress.

3.Which moment from last week was the most memorable and why? – It may open up your mind to new passions and goals, or simple pastimes worth revisiting.

4.What’s the #1 thing I need to accomplish this week? – Everything else is secondary, and should be treated as such. Nevertheless, this question will also shine light on other noteworthy tasks.

5.What can I do right now to make the week less stressful? – Set reminders in your calendar, get your laundry done, fill the car with gas… organize yourself.

6.What have I struggled with in the past that might also affect the upcoming week? – The idea here is to learn from your struggles and better equip yourself for future encounters.

7.What was last week’s biggest time sink? – Steer clear of this in the future. Setup physical barriers against distractions if you have to.

8.Am I carrying any excess baggage into the week that can be dropped? – Physical clutter, mental clutter… eliminate the unnecessary so the necessary may shine bright.

9.What have I been avoiding that needs to get done? – Pencil in a time to get these things done. For any 2-minute or less tasks, consider scheduling them first thing Monday morning.

10.What opportunities are still on the table? – If it’s still available and you want it, make a concrete plan to go after it this week.

11.Is there anyone I’ve been meaning to talk to? – Regular communication can solve problems before they fester. Always keep an open line of communication to those around you.

12.Is there anyone that deserves a big ‘Thank You’? – Take time each week to thank the people who have helped you. Your kind gesture will not go unnoticed.

13.How can I help someone else this coming week? – The easiest way to get what you want is to help others get what they want. If you help them, they will remember you when you need help.

14.What are my top 3 goals for the next 3 years? – You’ll never make any progress in life if you don’t setup realistic goals for yourself.

15.Have any of my recent actions moved me closer to my goals? – If the answer is no, something needs to change.

16.What’s the next step for each goal? – Knowing the next step is the key to accomplishing the whole.

17.What am I looking forward to during the upcoming week? – The answer can act as a great source of motivation. If nothing exists, schedule something to look forward to.

18.What are my fears? – Consciously address your fears each week and slowly work on resolving them. It’s all about taking baby steps.

19.What am I most grateful for? – It’s a smart way to keep things in perspective, and something
you should never lose sight of.
20.If I knew I only had one week to live, who would I spend my time with? – Another helpful reminder… Life is short. Spend more time with the people you care about.

Ten Lies You’ll Hear Before Pursuing Your Dream

Unfortunately, just before you take your first step on the righteous journey to pursue your dreams, people around you, even the ones who deeply care for you, will give you awful advice. It’s not because they have evil intentions. It’s because they don’t understand the big picture—what your dreams, passions, and life goals mean to you. They don’t understand that, to you, the reward is worth the risk.
So they try to protect you by shielding you from the possibility of failure, which, in effect, also shields you from the possibility of making your dreams a reality.
As our friend Steve Jobs says:
“Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life. Don’t be trapped by dogma, which is living with the results of other people’s thinking. Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice, heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.”
Here are ten ill-advised tips (lies) people will likely tell you when you decide to pursue your dreams and the reasons why they are dreadfully mistaken:

1. You can follow your dreams someday, but right now you need to buckle down and be responsible.

Someday? When is ”someday”? “Someday” is not a day at all. It’s a foggy generalization of a time that will likely never come. Today is the only day guaranteed to you. Today is the only day you can begin to make a difference in your life. And pursuing your dreams is what life is all about. So don’t be irresponsible. Don’t wait until “someday.” Make today the first day of the rest of your new life.

2. You’re totally screwed if it doesn’t work out.

Wrong! This is a giant, lame load of BS. You’re not even close to being screwed. In fact, the worst case scenario is that things don’t work out and you have to go back to doing exactly what you are doing right now.

3. It’s safer to stay at your day job.

Sure, I suppose. But you know what’s even safer than that? Going home, locking yourself in your bedroom, and never, ever coming out. And just like that, you will have flushed your entire life and your dreams down the toilet. Remember, safer doesn’t always mean better.

4. That’s impossible!

It’s only impossible if you never do anything about it. The reason certain things seem impossible is simply because nobody has achieved them yet. But this doesn’t mean that with your help these things won’t become possible in the future. If you truly dedicate yourself to an end result, almost anything is possible. You just have to want it bad enough.

5. Only a lucky few “make it.”

That’s because those lucky few got off their rear ends and did something about it! They had the drive, determination, and willpower that you have right now. You can be one of them. It’s up to you, and only you.

6. You might fail. And failing is bad.

Failures are simply stepping stones to success. No matter how it turns out, it always ends up just the way it should be. Either you succeed or you learn something: win–win. The biggest mistake you can make is doing nothing because you’re too scared to make a mistake. If you can’t handle failure, then you can’t handle success either.

7. You don’t have access to the right resources.

It’s not about having the right resources; it’s about exploiting the resources you do have access to. Stevie Wonder couldn’t see, so he exploited his sense of hearing into a passion for music, and he now has twenty-five Grammy Awards to prove it. Get it?

8. You need more money saved before you can take the first step.

You don’t need more money. You need a plan. You need a budget. Eliminate ALL the nonessential costs in your life. If pursuing your dream requires you to leave your day job, figure out the absolute minimum amount of income that you realistically require to live. Studying those who have succeeded with similar ventures also helps. But above all, take baby steps. Don’t be foolish and assume that you must have a certain amount of money saved right now, or that you must quit your day job today in order to pursue your dreams. Instead, ask yourself, “What actions can I take right now with the money and resources I have right now that will bring me closer to desired goal?”

9. You don’t need any help. It’s smarter to go after it alone.

You are the sum of the people you spend the most time with. If you hang with the wrong people, they will negatively affect you. But if you hang with the right people, you will be far more capable and powerful than you ever could have been alone. Find your tribe and work together to make a difference in all of your lives.

10. That sounds like a lot of hard work.

You’re darn right it does! But that doesn’t mean it’s not worth it. I think success in life hinges on one key point: finding hard work you love doing. As long as you remain true to yourself and follow your own interests, values, and dreams, you can find success through passion. Perhaps most importantly, you won’t wake up a few years from now working in a career field you despise, wondering, How the heck am I going to do this for the next thirty years? So if you catch yourself working hard and loving every minute of it, don’t stop. You’re onto something big. Because hard work ain’t hard when you concentrate on your passions and dreams.

Disregard these misguided bits of nonsense and you’ll be well on your way to fulfilling your dreams. Now get out there and make a splash!

Today is a sucky day.

Today is a sucky day. I spent all night working on a report and resolving issues yesterday. Then told by my manager that I have no future in Oxy.

Fuck.

I feel like a loser.

I kill myself and go nowhere.

Yet I push Daryl. I don't want him to become me. I want him to sore above me. I want him to be rich and powerful and not everyone's bitch.

I guess I could finally develop a website.
