Everyone on our floor is running around with their heads cut off trying to figure out if our group will get affected and how this will effect the project. It will but there is nothing we can do about it. We just move forward.
I am wondering if I should update my resume on Monster just to get ready. Although, my manager told me that he has stuck up for me in a big way and that I should not worry about not getting a window office.
Looks like the baby boomers are getting forced to retire. Which means more opportunities for us little guys to go into management
