Project plan issues

Last night I sent an email to Snake, Fugly and my manager telling them that I was concerned about Snake's revamping of the project plan based on the $70,000 consultant who spent two weeks on site versus my 2 years of living and breathing the project.

Might have been whining but I need to stick up for the truth. I am not an idiot. I know what I am doing. I have been doing software implementations since 1994.

They way she is rearranging the project plan modulizes everything and does not take into account the integrations between the business units.

She is bad mouthing and I am standing up for my experience and knowledge.

I hate sending off emails. But I also hate being shown something for the first time on a Friday and being asked to sign off on it. Totally unfair.
