Pump myself up

I finished some tough stuff today pertaining to the project. I think this thing is going to get delivered soon. I am pretty excited. This is going to be great. Then I can get the fuck out of this group. While I like developing applications. I cannot stand the insecure micromanagement of Fugly and Snake. They run around doing nothing and claiming they are doing something. Bullshit. Total bullshit.

Be kind. Speak kindly of others. Speak kindly to others.

Confronting her. Confronting them. Go around them and brag. Pump yourself up behind everyone's back to your manager. You need to be able to brag.

Just:

1) Don't do it front of everyone. Then everyone wants to do what you are doing.
2) Do not not do it. Or your manager will have no idea what you are doing and how much effort you are putting in to get your results.
