This means I could eat 1000 calorie supper!! nooo....
I am also going to do stair master which burns 600 calories in an hour.
Tonight is Shoulders/Triceps....I can't even straighten out my arms. Who cares. I am a machine! Still following JulieAnn Kulla's workout.
Friday: Shoulders and triceps … I do 12 sets for both shoulders and tris.

Tonight is a T-Ball game. Grandpa, Grandma, sister and brother in law to be are coming. It should be fun. I love my team and I love T-Ball. Soccer with Simon was insane. The kid was vicious. All you could think about is how do we keep Darryl away from him. Wonder how the Cubs are doing with the little psychopath. The kid is going to be in the news someday...but not in a good way.
